Imagine a commute with no more red lights from one end of Austin to the other

It could happen as early as next year with a new Capital Metro bus service that will keep lights green.

"They'll provide more frequency, a better ride and lower commute times," Cap Metro Board Vice Chairman John Langmore said. "Think of them as a rail line with rubber tires."

  1. It's a borderline lie by Cap Metro to equate this with rail, and it's a sign you people at SNAPP are nothing but Cap Metro cheerleaders.

  2. I like to think of wings restaurants as rail lines that don't move and serve wings.
